Refund Policy - Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your item(s), please reach out to sewsocute@hotmail.com with your order number and the issue you are having. We will try our best to help you resolve any issue! 

Turn Around Time (TAT) - RTS items will ship in 3-5 business days. Preorder items will ship in 15-20 business days. Please exclude any weekends or national holidays. If your order contains both RTS and preorder items, your entire order will ship once the preorder items are ready.
